Probably none of you care, but tomorrow is one of the immortal races on the pro calendar, the psychotically evil and glorious Paris-Roubaix.
It will be Johan Museeuw's second to last race before retiring at the age of 38...old, as cyclists go. He will be attempting to win a record-equalling fourth time.
I'm not a praying man, and this is just sport, but I'm praying he takes it. It would be a magnificent crown on a magnificent career. He's a legend, and the greatest working classics rider in the peloton, and he's always been one of my very favorite riders.
If he wins Belgium will be in hysterics, and well it should be.
