I'm not in favor of more laws and regulation, but I'm really starting to feel good about making spam a crime. It's absolutely killing email as a useful tool, and all that bandwidth must be costing somebody something.
Then again, there's probably some first amendment issue or something majorly constitutional involved and it'll mean that The Children® will die or something so maybe just leave it legal and if we ever meet spammers we just bitch slap them.
The next law after that will forbid the US Senate from voting itself a $3,400 a year pay raise when there's 6% unemployment.
I'm ready to vote every politician in Washington out of office and replace them with no one...and all those bums running for president are about as inspiring as a sack of shale. Less actually.
That's my deep thought for the day.
