. . .

Not a road trip

If you're in or around San Francisco and you're looking for something to do tomorrow night, you could do worse than stop by the Tenderloft at 136 Taylor Street at some point between midnight and three a.m., if for no other reason than to say hello. I'll be playing records. Err, DJing. Like I used to, back when times were good, money was easy, and the groupies and Crystal flowed like mother's milk.

I spent the last couple of nights sorting through the cornucopia of CDs of brand new tunes from a bunch of respectable people. If you're a trainspotter, and I manage to figure out the confounded CD decks, you might look forward to some fresh things by Alpha Omega, Seba, Naphta, Cartridge, myself, Psi Dream, and others. Plus, the usual selection of golden oldies, and a few other things that aren't exactly new, but never got released.

I'm being encouraged by my hosts to play as far out as I want to. I'm not sure what will happen in practice though. Point being for the hardcore crew: this probably won't be a rinseout.

Hope to see some of you there...if you're in the area. If not, see you later!
